Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Ripple Social (the “Service”), operated by Island Pond Group (dba Island Pond AI). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Ripple Social helps you plan, generate, review, schedule, and publish social media content, and view reporting. AI assists with drafting content and images; a human approves posts before they publish.

Subscriptions & billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually: Small Business is $99/month (or $990/year) and Growth is $149/month (or $1,490/year). Enterprise pricing is quoted individually. Promotional pricing may change for new subscribers at any time; your rate stays the same for the lifetime of your account as long as your subscription remains active and unchanged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may apply.
• Discount codes may be applied at checkout where offered.

Cancellation & refunds

• You may cancel at any time. When you cancel, your plan remains active through the end of the paid period you already purchased, and then does not renew.
• 14-day money-back guarantee — if Ripple Social isn’t right for you, ask us for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, provided 50% or more of your monthly AI image allowance is still unused. We state the condition here rather than burying it: AI image generation is the one part of the Service that costs real money to provide, so the guarantee covers trying the product, not consuming a month of it.
• Outside that 14-day window we do not provide refunds for unused time or for credits.
• After your plan ends, data is retained and then deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI credits

The Service includes AI image credits: a monthly allowance with your plan, an optional Ripple Plus add-on, and one-time credit packs you can purchase. Purchased credits are non-refundable and expire as described at the time of purchase.

AI credit reversal — your monthly allowance, Ripple Plus, and purchased packs are forfeited if your account remains out of good standing for more than 7 days (default) — whether from non-payment or a violation of social-media platform or acceptable-use policies. The reversal takes effect on day 8.

Data retention & reinstatement — your account data is retained for 30 days from your monthly subscription date. If your account is brought back into good standing within that window, your data is restored along with that month’s subscription (monthly allowance) credits. Reversed add-on and purchased credits — Ripple Plus and packs — are not reinstated. On day 31 — if the account has not been brought back into good standing, and likewise upon subscription cancellation — all data and any remaining credits are permanently deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, generate, and publish that content on your behalf and to the platforms you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your content and its publication comply with applicable laws and the terms of each connected platform.

Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms (such as Meta and LinkedIn). Their availability, policies, and approvals are outside our control, and access may change or be interrupted.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content, to violate platform rules, or to attempt to disrupt or misuse the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Island Pond Group (dba Island Pond AI) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
